How it works
01
Write to the Foundation
A short description of the situation. A few sentences are enough.
02
We start with a conversation
Together we establish what the question actually is.
03
We evaluate a possible solution
Whether help is possible, in what form, and whether a specialist is needed.
04
We agree on what happens next
If professional work is needed, its scope and conditions are agreed before the work starts.
Initial contact does not in itself constitute ordering a paid professional service.
Forms of help
Depending on the case, help may be:
- Free
- Foundation-supported
- Partly supported
- By donation
- Paid specialist work
I need help but cannot afford it.
Say so openly. The Foundation considers each case separately and looks for a proportionate solution. The Foundation does not promise free legal services.
I would like to help as a specialist / pro bono
Lawyers, rights specialists, archivists, digitisation and restoration specialists and other professionals can offer their involvement.
Professional boundaries
- ARNE Foundation is not a law firm and does not provide attorney services.
- Contacting the Foundation does not in itself create an attorney-client relationship or the associated privilege.
- Information and documents received are handled responsibly — for evaluating the request and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
- Where regulated legal or professional assistance is required, the Foundation may help involve an appropriate professional.
